the stopping and starting is jarring
The shit is so ass man
I looked how many continuous minutes they actually played in them 5 hour games and it was like 11 minutes or some shit.
I tried multiple times to give it a chance but the breaks and the commercials....bruh keep that shit.

lol just because the NFL gives out free tickets to Wembley/Spurs Stadium to come see 2 of its weakest teams play doesn't give it "global reach".
There's dialogue..... It's not just the stadium situation sky actively drop NBA games to YouTube most occasions. During the season the game coverage/selection was awful. while the NFL is covered on BBC, Amazon, channel 5 and skysports. My point was there's obviously a big interest in the NBA that's being ignored while the NFL are actively pushing their product so it can't be ignored.

lmao ummmm can you really fault the NBA for not having lucrative English TV deals when 90% of NBA games start at 7pm on weeknights? Pretty sure they're not gonna factor in 1am London viewership into a deal. You can always stay up and catch a stream site like @thefrenchwood does

The NBA reach is THERE regardless, however. From the late 80s - present, there has always been ONE (or multiple) international SUPERSTARS that have drawn their respective countries of origin into the fold of NBA fandom.

Hakeem Olajuwon (Nigerian) - NBA MVP & Champion
Toni Kukoc (Croatia) - NBA Champion
Yao Ming (China) - Shit, he's almost responsible for all of China
Manu Ginobili (Argentina)/Tony Parker (France) - Spurs dynasty (5x champions)
Dirk Nowitzki (Germany) - NBA MVP & Champion

the CURRENT faces and future of the league are mostly all international
Giannis (Greek/Nigerian) - MVP/Champion
Joel Embiid (Cameroonian) - SHOULD BE MVP
Nikola Jokic (Serbian) - MVP (2X)
Luka Doncic - MVP season coming soon enough if his fat ass stays healthy

the NFL may air in different countries (Sundays at noon), but there will never ever be an international Tom Brady/Peyton Manning to take over the league

Caught up that NBA/NFL reach...i'll speak from a french perspective (even though i could speak for more euro countries), we only care about the Superbowl HT show tbh. The NBA got the bigger stars and impact here in France.

Anyway, City vs. Liverpool.....is coming. EPL title race too. SMH.
