I’m late but a spanner in the works now that Roman wants his money?

So I don’t understand this whole fucking deal but new owners are gonna have to pay the 1.6B debt to Roman or the government have to give it up??
Also do the fans think that new owners will run the club with a debt or are times changing at Chelsea? There is no way these Swiss and Americans love Chelsea like Roman did. They want to make money. They not buying to gain western acceptance like Roman did.
Roman literally picked up a couple £100m every season.
I probably got this all wrong but I do know they need Roman to agree to everything, or he takes the government to the high court.

It's one thing to take my company (yes Chelsea is a company as well as football club) from my ownership, it's also one thing to force me to sell and not reap any profits from making the company successful than it's ever been under my tenure....but you not gonna run me my own money that's a £1.6bn loan to the company?!
I reckon Roman is playing "chicken" with the UK govt expecting them to blink on this

Yea it’s a bit of both I think…the government know that Chelsea folds if something is not sorted by June 8th. Deep down Roman don’t want that.
If it was me I would refuse to sell. Would the government really stop the club from day to day running? Not if they kept the same restrictions in place, surely?!
I mean just letting them take it and the money is an acceptance of guilty. At least take it to court. He was gonna sell anyway.
