This one is more debatable than the seniors but i'd go Foden. He was the most consistent and if it wasn't for Pep limiting his minutes in the league he probably would have ended up nominated for both.
If spurs go for conte, then what lesson is really learnt here from mourinho?
Conte ain't here for the long term (18-36 months max) and all the while, he will complain and dig levy out every chance he can get!
