Yeah I was thinking about that, but at the end of the day it's a men's game on a cultural/amateur lvl, Sunday games and the drinking afterwards, local hooligans/battles between the Burroughs etc. Not many women participate in such things and I've never seen a female ref in 'tolerant and ahead of the curve' Holland...
