It's a weird one because I think Ake is better than any of the other cbs which means he should start, but then if he's back up that means they've got to spend even bigger money on another cb. I suppose with their money that ain't a problem

Ake's good, but he's not going to win you the Prem or CL. Pep's just keeping player rotation roulette spinning... the bald fraud!

In case this wasn't posted yet

for the N.American fans

CBS today announced its full schedule for the conclusion of the 2019-2020 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League in August, with coverage spanning multiple platforms.

All UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League matches, beginning on Wednesday, August 5, will be streamed live on CBS All Access. CBS Sports Network will air a UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match each day on August 7 and August 8 as well as the UEFA Champions League Final on Sunday, August 23.

CBS Sports Network will feature Manchester City vs. Real Madrid on August 7 and Barcelona vs. Napoli on August 8. During the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, when there are simultaneous matches, CBS Sports Network will have the ability to switch to a more competitive game in order to best serve the soccer fan. Each of the three CBS Sports Network matches will begin with a 90-minute pregame show.

Earlier this month, ViacomCBS and UEFA announced the details of a multi-platform agreement for CBS All Access and CBS Sports to serve as the exclusive English-language home in the U.S. of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League through 2024, beginning in August. Due to the short turnaround and with the CBS Television Network already having previous commitments at the same time of the tournament Final on Sunday, August 23, ViacomCBS will present the Final across multiple platforms on both CBS Sports Network and CBS All Access.

CBS All Access is now offering a one-month free trial promotion for new subscribers through mid-August, giving fans the ability to watch every match in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League August tournaments for free during their trial. Just use promo code PLAY when signing up.

Beginning in October with the start of the 2020-2021 season and continuing throughout the 2023-2024 season, all matches will be available on CBS All Access, with select marquee matches also airing on the CBS Television Network. Over the length of the deal, ViacomCBS will feature the most UEFA matches ever on U.S. broadcast television, including every UEFA Champions League Final on the CBS Television Network beginning in May 2021.

CBS Sports Network, CBS All Access and CBS Sports Digital will deliver additional coverage and original programming, including primetime encores on CBS Sports Network and every match available on demand on CBS All Access. CBS Sports Digital will feature highlights from each match across social channels and CBS Sports HQ, the 24/7 streaming sports news network.
