The fan/fans were clearly on camera abusing Sterling so the club and the FA should have no trouble punishing anyone abusing Sterling... The club should imo then ADDITIONALLY punish the 'fans' on top of what the FA do set make an example of what they won't tolerate at their club...

Banning people from stadiums is not a punishment.

For change to actually happen you need black managers black people in the fa club boardrooms.

More black people in the media and government.

Until that happens it will always be the same.

Also this isn't seen as an issue to the fa it's more of an inconvenience

I didn't say stadium bans were the answer, imo they should receive criminal convections... That will effect them day in, day out (it would be on job applications for example)...
