The ones that come to mind are Ashley Williams when he was at Swansea and I think the CB at Newcastle is the captain too.

Pogba. Unlike @figo , I think he has the mentality. Just needs to be used properly at Man Utd.

It’s tough. So far, I’ve never really witness Pogba motivating his club mates on the pitch. Lukaku does it more than him. Leaders leads. Not dull in time of pressure.
