they have to have all three parts in the front court for it to be considered backcourt

you can have both feet in the front court and the ball still in the back court, bring a foot back into the backcourt, and its still not a violation

the question appears to be whether he got all 3 across, then straddled the line

its kinda hard to tell with the logo, but if thats the case, then yea, he violated
