the playoffs is a great way of exposing lot of wack ass players that aren't even close to being the "stars" they prop themselves up to be.....and it also allows a couple of players to take advantage of the opportunity and take another step towards becoming one...i like what i see in Mitchell...and Simmons and Davis(along with Giannis) are in a 3 way race right now for that #1 spot once Lebron walks away

Went back to the old site and was reading some of the posts from when Cliff was traded Houston and PG/Melo were traded to OKC

Aye bruh, dont bring that old shit back. I had OKC as a real threat to the Warriors. I thought there would be ball movement with PG being the #1 option and Melo would be a #3 option that would leak into open jumpers and Westbrook would either attack on transition or move the ball around.

Instead we gotta team where Westbrook gets the ball inbounded(so its not transition) and runs down full speed and throws up a terrible shot with 19 seconds on the clock, Melo shoots at every oppurtunity cause he knows he wont get the ball back if he gives it to westbrook, and PG looks absolutely misreable.

And I thought CP3 would be great for Houston but I thought it would take them till All Star break to actually get it going 100%.

But CP3 and the other moves houston made is already doing exactly what it was supposed to do cause so far twice Harden disappeared in 4 games and CP3 and the rest of team kept them in it until Harden snapped out of it.

Last years Rockets team would have lost game 2 when Harden was off, and they would have lost yesterdays game when Harden was 0/7 and didnt get going fully till towards the end of the 2nd quarter. The Rockets from last year would have been out of it by the time Harden was finally getting back into the game.

I mean Houston had a incredible regular season but seeing these first 4 games proved that they can actually make a run to me.
