  • Memory: 4 gigabytes (GB) or greater.

    Note

There might be more storage requirements over time for updates, and to enable specific features within the OS. For more information, see Windows 11 specifications.
  • Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later, with a WDDM 2.0 driver.
  • System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable.
  • TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0.
  • Display: High definition (720p) display, 9" or greater monitor, 8 bits per color channel.
  • Internet connection: Internet connectivity is necessary to perform updates, and to download and use some features.
    • Windows 11 Home edition requires an internet connection and a Microsoft Account to complete device setup on first use.
Which one do you not have?
Processor

Man I just got this house and a laundry list of shit to do lol

I think I need an entire new MB also
Sounds like you just need to go hard so you can survive for the next decade and get a whole new set up.

Why I console game heh.

But ya. Get er done!

Damn lol your build is old. You need to treat yourself during the holidays

Prolly not as old as my workstation. I can't run Win11 'cause of the processor and the lack of a TPM2.0 module.

I just put the order in for a few hard drives for it so I can dual boot it to Fedora Linux to try it out on bare metal day-to-day, but keep Windows 10 handy. I use Linux day-to-day for work, and I have F43 on an old machine but I don't use it daily.

Koncept already helped me find the highest processor my current MB could support so I know at a minimum I need to replace those two

I feel pretty confident my current GPU still has some juice in it to do what I need to do but I'm also experiencing some issues with it cause it keeps defaulting back to factory settings and I'm pretty confident it's a driver issue so maybe I need to replace that too ... Fuck
