Was able to fix that but I do think my laptop is at its end. Said it only last like 5 years and it’s about to be 6

Nah, it ain't at its end, just prolly needs a new hard drive. And the data could even be recoverable if the drive isn't completely shot.

Yea all the stuff I looked up that seemed to go back to hard drive being in bad shape. So now I’m thinking what kind I should get. It was using an HDD but I’m thinking maybe a new SSD but I didn’t really have issues with load times

Alright got the ssd. Had to transfer windows back over with a usb and it’s working fine
