Bit seriously, that's a long time to be stranded out there. I mean it's too cold to turn the car off.
They waiting for the ice and snow to melt or it's an accident?

It's kinda weird so many people got caught up in it. We knew it was going to be a bad morning. Most places that could shut down did shut down. Plus, a lot of people are still working remotely because of COVID. I think some of those people out there were on the roads because they had no other choice. Some of those people were just being hardheaded and foolish.

I lost a significant amount of weight after getting on keto last year. Like @AP2.0 said you tend to lose a decent amount in the first month or so but most of that is water weight. You keep shedding actual fat after that, just not as rapidly.

I been off it since the holidays but i'll be switching back over in a week or so

typical meal plan?

what does keto look like day to day?

ive been eating horribly lately
mad seafood boils and pasta 🤢
chips and god knows what else

im not drinking this month at all
im trying to go hard right now
You will do great. Half the battle is in your mind and sticking to the daily discipline of whatever you set

Shit you need an accountability thread? I am doing a lil cleanse myself.

It's different for everybody. You really gotta find what works for you.

For me it was about maintaining how many carbs I took in. As long as I kept the carbs low(laying off the bread, potatoes, pastas and rice) I was doing well and losing weight.

I didnt go to the extreme like eating a buncha fatty shit like some folks recommend doing on Keto.

Hardest part was finding snacks that were low in carbs.. and no rice.. I love rice so that was a bit of an adjustment for me. Bread too but they have some decent low carb to no carb breads you can find. A lil pricey sometimes but the cheap shit tastes like fuckin cardboard

check this joint when you get some time

Isn't the keto diet basically the diabetic diet?

My cousin doing this no sugar diet thing to help with her diabetes. I am sure there is crossover but diabetes you can eat some fruit sugar. I don't think keto recommends fruit sugar.

From an educational perspective the keto did have people understanding glucose and all the different ways the body processes food into energy.

I mean they kinda teach us this in grade school but once you understand how your body uses what you put in it. It helps people connect the dots and make better food choices.

Thank you so much.

I love rice too. Quinoa is a good substitute but I mean nothing, and I mean nothing beats rice

I also love bread and Italian food but I am pretty good at cutting bad food out when determined

He looks happy
