Im with you but @B_A said electricity. I would have assumed "hydro" was the water bill.
I mean if I stop and think about it, it does suit water more but I've never called it anything else. If I had been thinking I woulda changed it to electricity for clarity, just shows how fucked up that bill had me.

There are some states that get their electricity from hydro-plants. Cali is one of them. Also Washington state. That is what some dams are used for
