Well idk if we’ll ever fully understand it. Only thing they can monitor is brain activity during sleep. Which wouldn’t hold a correlation to dreams IMO. Some people just have more access to certain parts of their brains than others.

When you are dreaming, are you aware that you are dreaming? Have you dealt or deal with sleep paralysis?

I had sever sleep apnea. My CPAP changed my life for sure.
