I get what you're saying, but I've always assumed they do shit like that to try and humanize the black players to white fans. A lot of those fans are racist as shit and look at the players as nothing more than living game pieces. At the end of the day, white people spend the most money in support of the leagues, so the sports like the NBA and NFL that are blacker feel like they have to do more to get their fans invested in the players. A black player making a little white kid's day will appeal more to white people than a black player making a whole bus load of black kids' day.

to Miami? It was a 3hr 16 min trip and yeah I didn’t take anything but a carry on since it was a 3-4 day trip

The seat was like this

Obviously doesn’t look that good but on a relatively short flight and for a person who only cares about leg room/seat width it was great for me

I’ll pay $110 for this

Nobody was next to me either

I recommend spirit if you going on a weekend trip and don’t need to pack much and only if you get one of the big seats otherwise it sucks

On the way back I couldn’t get a big seat so I had to sit in an emergency row just to have the leg room knowing damn well I’m not helping if something happen

Lol. I was close. Their first class seats are just emergency rows without the emergency doors, lol.
