I wish Britt still stayed through there; Hopefully, I'll find somebody to keep eyes on the property. I wouldn't mind commuting there to back down south to every couple months in between. I'm pursuing to set up my life like that I can have the luxury of doing that. I been doing my homework & it looks like areas like Brightmoor, Burbank, Ravendale, State Fair, Grixdale Farm, Petosky, NW Goldberg & Westwood Park are the abandoned neighborhoods in Detroit.

A coupla weeks ago I saw a few decent cribs I would actually live in a few blocks away from my old high school (Mumford) over in Bagley. Nice ass area with Marygrove College only a couple of blocks away. Prices were $80K-$120K tho so it would be something I'd definitely want to live in opposed to some of the other areas where I'd prolly just flip.
 
When we go out of town, my wife likes to get nice hotels and shit. I'm from the dirt, but ion care. My problem tho, the staff is usually minorities, and they be having a real..
