Everything sounds good about the plan except the $25,000 loan part.


I doubt any bank is going to give you a construction loan for a 700 sq foot home.


Everything else is on point, but something like that would more than likely have to be done entirely with your own money.
 
I see that in my 33yrs of living that I still have some growing up to do
