Aye Dread gotta question.

I'm thinking about trying the plant based things again. Did it for like a month and gave up. I was eating the same things and got burned out.

What are your staples? What do your normal meals look like? What do you snack on?
I have been using a lot of mushroom and seitan lately as substitute for what should tradionally have meat. Also egg plant goes a long way. I don’t mess with tofu because that is not really good for you. The hardest thing to do is learning how to cook plants properly. I would really suggest you find vegan restaurants and/ recipes. If you link to Veganfoodshare.com that is a good start. Also, like any other style of cooking get a good cook book. The main problem I have is sometimes it takes a lot of food for me not to feel hungry in 2 hours. But it is easy to find vegan food in NY. The supermarket sells vegan ice cream and my wife makes cookies and stuff.

it could be 1 of 2 things.

I had some sweet potato, poached egg, guacamole thing at an italian spot.
I had some malaysian buffet at a hood spot.

I ate out for 2 days straight when I didnt have time to eat @ home. idk which one it was but I been ill ever since.

if I go out like this, y'all know which cuisines to blame
 
@Trini. Please start treating your body like it’s your temple. Malaysian food? How did you expect your body to adjust? You don’t know her spices they are putting in there.

Honestly I prefer this as my main form of communication.

I'm usually at work or on the go. So talkin on the phone is rare for me. Pretty much gotta set up a day and time.
 
Man, I had no idea how odd my way of thinking was until recently.

I have been called selfish because I care NOT to watch the news.

SMH'd because I told someone to love/care for themselves more than they care for others.

How did I become so odd? lol
