Emmit was a teenager in season 1 probably 18

Keisha was probably 16 in season 1

We know she's around 18 by season 3 because she's going to college

Not sure how much time passed between the pilot and season 3.

Emmitt was dating keisha before he turned 18,it would be nothing like that coach.

most ppl aren't exactly the age they would be in their grade so it's possible Keisha was closer to 17 in season 1

If I recall correctly,Emmitt probably had graduated the yr before or possibly just months before the pilot.
