Just have an every man/woman for themselves type show.


Where the top male and top female are the winners for the day.


Seems like they're going out of their way to level the playing field so that no one particular group or individual has an advantage.


That can be good and bad.


Good because it eliminates a lot of the politicking.


Bad because it gives mediocre or below average people a chance to win when they don't really deserve to.
