NYPD sergeant acted as heroin courier for top 9 Trey Bloods leader, gangster testifies in Tekashi69 trial

An NYPD sergeant accused of distributing heroin was running drugs for a “five-star general” in the Nine Trey Bloods, the gangster testified Tuesday.

Kristian Cruz, a Nine Trey drug dealer cooperating with the government, confirmed on the stand that he’d hired a sergeant to transport drugs because he believed she would draw less attention from authorities.

ADVERTISEMENT“(The) sergeant was the girlfriend of a friend of yours. She was an NYPD sergeant, I believe?” asked attorney Eylan Schulman, who is representing accused Nine Trey gangster Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.

“Yes,” Cruz, 24, replied.

Outside the courtroom, another attorney on Mack’s legal team, Lou Fasulo, confirmed Arlicia Robinson was the sergeant. Cruz is a key witness against Mack, who is accused of dealing drugs for the gang. He’s on trial alongside Nine Trey member Anthony “Harv” Ellison, who is charged with kidnapping rapper Tekashi69.

Robinson was indicted on Nov. 19, the same day the rapper and other alleged Bloods members were arrested in a gang takedown. The NYPD did not publicize her arrest and she has not appeared in court since December.

Cruz testified that he joined Nine Trey in 2015, rose to five-star general and was tight with the gang’s “godfather” Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones. Cruz — who was nicknamed Young Brooklyn, CEO and Dope Boy — said he came from a well-off family and that he earned between $150,000 to $300,000 selling ecstasy. He estimated he earned between $2 million and $3 million selling heroin and fentanyl. The gangster is the third cooperator to take the stand in the trial, along with Tekashi and Tekashi’s driver, Jorge Rivera.

Jones and Mack had a rivalry, Cruz testified, describing one of many internal squabbles that prosecutors said exploded into violence on city streets.

“Mel Murda and Aljermiah Mack had beef with each other,” Cruz said. “They were shooting at each other.”

Yuuuuuppp

But even so I was watching an interview with a federal agent who said 90% of the time informants go untouched. I think people forget rappers are fake and it always makes me laugh when shit hits the fan and they get exposed and everyone is surprised LOLOLOL.
I don't know. Fans are picky. The white suburbs type kids bought his music because of his tough like image. And also because of his trolling. If 69 was to continue rapping the same gang life topics, I don't think they would buy any new music from him because he sold them a fake image. At best, he could probably come out with a book.

TEKASHI 6IX9INE NO THANKS ON WITNESS PROTECTION24/7 Security's Fine By Me!!!

Tekashi 6ix9ine plans to do something very un-snitch-like -- after all the snitching he just did -- and that's to reject the witness protection program as soon as he's a free man again.

The federal trial that saw the rapper sing like a canary for 3 days wraps up Thursday as prosecutors and defense attorneys give closing arguments. Tekashi pointed fingers and named names of his old gang members (and other celebs too), but sources close to him tell us he will forgo any participation in witness protection -- and will instead opt for a life of fame.

That might sound like a death wish, considering how many people he rolled over on during his testimony -- but we're told Tekashi's still itching to make new music, and believes he can pick up where he left off.

Tekashi realizes the Nine Trey Bloods could be gunning for him, and possibly others who are pissed he turned rat for the feds -- but we're told his safety plan is simply round-the-clock security. It's, essentially, the hide-in-plain-sight approach.

As for how he'll foot the bill for 24/7 bodyguards -- we're told Tekashi still has some cash left from before his arrest ... plus, he's planning on his music career taking off again, once he's out.

It won't be cheap. As we reported, Tekashi also has family members who fear for their lives -- so expenses could add up fast if he's protecting them too. We reached out to his attorney, Dawn Florio ... but she had no comment.

Tekashi testified he believes he'll be out as early as next year, which would mean the feds cut him one helluva deal. He was facing a minimum sentence of 47 years before agreeing to fully cooperate with prosecutors.

Bottom line, Tekashi isn't following in the footsteps of famed mafia snitch, Henry Hill, who survived under witness protection for just under a decade.

Apologies to Sinatra, but 6ix9ine's gonna do it his way.

You guys are delusional ,where can he go to tour ? California venue ? Nope,NY ? Nope,Chicago ?

Nope,Houston ? HELL No,Philly ? ,Miami ?, it's over for dude musically.
musically? he could easily come back. his concern will be when touring/out in public, especially since everyone wants a viral video on instragram or snapchat.

If he doesn't want witness protection, he's gonna have to do something about those tattoos.

He sticks out like a sore thumb.

In 3 years he rose to the rank of "five-star general"? In the oldest blood set in NY?
