the distinction between POSTING and REPOSTING needs to be made... the original content aint come from the dude with 1,000,000 followers.

Once shit is out there on the internet.. it's out there.. mad folks gonna repost/reblog/screencap it. You can't sue everyone who ever reposted some shit... You can get at the originator tho IMO

The way the law works, if there's a precedent set by an earlier case than whatever the judgement was in the earlier case will apply to the new case. The Rick Ross's wife case set the precedent and 50 was found guilty.

Lmao...just read this again and realized you have absolutely no idea what precedent means from a legal standpoint.

Precedent is based on prior cases involving similar facts, not prior cases involving the same individuals. The facts of 50’s prior case were completely different from this situation.

Actually when he lost the case to Rossy s babymoms his defense was that her sextape was already out there and all he did was release it on his platform and lost..

Then the jury would have to decide if Joe Shmoe posting lewd pictures to 100 followers was illegal and what the punishment should be. I don't think the jury would punish Joe Shmoe for posting those pictures to 100 followers the same way they would punish 50 for posting the same photos for millions of followers.

50 stays getting sued. You'd think the money would be dried up by now, but dude totally has a business mind and has made major moves even though he's been quiet as hell music wise. I mean he still releases music, but he's no where neat where he used to be
