She suing 50 for reposting something that was posted on her own page originally. This will go nowhere fast.
The problem is that 50 has a history of doing this.
The way the law works, if there's a precedent set by an earlier case than whatever the judgement was in the earlier case will apply to the new case. The Rick Ross's wife case set the precedent and 50 was found guilty.
If I was the judge I'd throw the book at 50.
He's playing below the belt, no pun intended.
His argument would be that dozens of other people (probably) reposted it too, so why should he be punished just because they donāt have as many followers as him?
Throwing the book at somebody who only reposted something is a slippery slope.
But that's the point, 50 has millions of followers.
If Joe Shmoe posted those pictures nobody would care, but since 50 posted them it's a big deal.
But that shouldnāt make what he did different in the eyes of the law

So they should make a whole new law for 50 cause he popular?

50 got millions of dollars, joe schmo doesn't. That girl going for a money grab
Yeah but if Joe Shmoe posted those photos, it wouldn't warrant a lawsuit.
The prosecutor would ask Joe Shmoe how many followers he has and Joe Shmoe would say, "a hundred".
Then the jury would have to decide if Joe Shmoe posting lewd pictures to 100 followers was illegal and what the punishment should be. I don't think the jury would punish Joe Shmoe for posting those pictures to 100 followers the same way they would punish 50 for posting the same photos for millions of followers.
