This is an unpopular opinion especially coming for a Ghost fan, but this is one of my least favorite albums in his category. It's not a bad album or anything, but I feel like he's more creative and coherent on his other albums.

Mighty Healthy is probably my favorite joint on the album.

Yep, I love BW. To think BW wasn't even as good as it could have been, The Watch and The Sun were left off because they couldn't clear the samples.

Why Rza didn’t lace Deck and U God like this for their albums?

Deck's album (along with a few others) got ruined in the flood in RZA's basement. It had to be reworked or salvaged. U-God...well it's not like people were lining up to get his album. Honestly, he was a victim of timing. When he wanted to come out, Meth, Dirty, Ghost, GZA and Rae were in high demand. Even with pushing the video game at the same time didn't help U-God.

I have both albums and I listen to Uncontrolled Substance more. UG has some ok songs.
