I know I fucking hate cranberry sauce

I was 4 or 5 and somebody had a plate of what I perceived to be cranberry sauce. That shit turned out to be beets. I was so disgusted who TF brings beets to anything??

So if dressing taste good with cranberry sauce I'll never know.

Stuffing i grew up on u boil the giblets. Then dice and sautee them with onions. That alone takes more time then cuttin a pepper and baking cornbread.

Plus u cook the stuffing inside the bird so the amount u can properly make is limited. Dressing u can easily make party trays worth of it easily.

Both are good if made correct.

Yall actin like this is sweet potato vs pumpkin pie or somthin

I agree it does depends on how you make it. Everybody can't make dressing. Got some outchea serving crunchy ass dressing.

Some ppl don't boil/sautee their veg blend in the broth or gizzards. My granny cooks all those in separate pots. That's why I def feel like dressing isn't easier to make than stuffing being that stuffing is an ingredient for cornbread dressing.

I havent had any good experiences with stuffing mane. Maybe I haven't had the right white person prepare it bc ain't no blk ppl around here whipping up stuffing.

Idk why people act like it's so complicated or sacred. I've never had it any other way so idk what white ppl be doing. Never felt that, never been through that, never experienced that emotion...truly.

With that said I could honestly take it or leave it. It's last of the sides I go for.

I had a Caucasian Thanksgiving once and it did not disappoint me at all.


It was as horrible as I thought it would be mane.

My momma made it coming up but she not white. I seent that slick shit.

Yo!!!! The same thing happened to me as a kid and I hate beets because of it to this day.

I was hella young and though the beets was cranberry sauce and put a ton of them on my plate. My mom told me I was gonna eat every last bit. I was like ā€œcoolā€ until I tasted it. I almost threw up!! My mom made me eat all that nasty shit too.

I fucking hate beets!!!

my grandmother (mother's side) had beets on deck for all occasions. Must be a Texas thing 'cause all the fam I've met from down that was stay fuckin up some beets.
