Over the course of college basketball history, considering the talent level of high school ball players that has came out of Chicago and the DMV area, there is absolutely no excuse for the Fighting Illini, Maryland Terrapins or Virginia Cavaliers to collectively not having alot of NCAA national championships.......thats crazy
