Light skin ain’t a trait in west Africa and most black ppl trace their roots there.
So if your skin is light you got something else in your DNA
And blacks in America ain’t 100% nothing
Why would I dispute something that was never in question to begin with?
Light skin is most definitely a west African trait.
And I am black American. But 100% black. Verified thru testing.

You’re not Jamaican, you maple tree licking fruit tartYeeeeahh but Chi's a claffy
Beyonce is brown skinned
Paula Patton is light skinned
I don't........agreeNah, I can't see that.
Must be a generational thing because there are subcategories of lightskin people.
Both of them are lightskin.
However, Paula Patton would also be considered fair skin.
Which is similar to the people you mentioned in the other thread: Ben Simmons, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, etc.
Beyonce is lightskin, but she wouldn't be considered fair skin.
I don't........agree
I agree and like I said regional thingView attachment 47688
Like I said, generational thing.
At some point the term fair skin stopped being used, and the term lightskin was used to describe anyone who wasn't dark.
Almost, but not quite, to the extent of your crunchy black example in the other thread.
None of this would've even been debatable back in the day.
I agree and like I said regional thing
