This might be a wild take, but I think EZ's long game is to become a Cartel Boss...........and that he actually ends up being Galindo's biological son.

The irony of it being that Galindo and Reyes Sr. were both having affairs with each other's wives without either of them knowing what the other one was doing.

And, in the process, unknowingly raising each other's sons as their own.
