But man if you put yourself in the situation, it makes a ton of sense. If you were in the place where George Floydd was murdered, and felt that anger, and then had a hundreds of like minded individuals all feeling that anger, how could you not understand that shit boiling over?

From the crib, watching tv, its easy to say man maybe they shouldnt have burned that building. But if I was there, even if I was against rioting, i might not walk out of Target with a tv, but I could easily imagine me fucking a cop car up.

If this is true, that might be able to prove there was intent to kill? Don’t know if it’s enough to charge 1st degree but that’s certainly a side to this story I didn’t expect.
