Thats one of the MANY things that need to be adjusted. Better background checks on these assholes.. prolonged training... input from therapists that have sit with potential candidates.

I got a Story that'll fuck your Head up. It did a number on mines.

An Ex-Girlfriend of mines had a Son who wanted to join the Police Dept, always have. Dude was a str8-laced Kid; never did Drugs, never got into trouble or been to Jail, Prison, or YA. The perfect Son any Parent would be proud to have.

When he became of Age, he applied to his local Police Dept--they rejected him.

Why?

Because he was too clean. The Cop that interviewed him told him that if he had at least done something as a Teen, even if he never got caught, he might be considered for the Precinct.

These Muthafuckas know who they're hiring. They know they got Sociopaths, Junkies, Bullies, and Alcoholics working at their Precincts, they just don't care. Shit's almost looking like a pre-requisite to be "an Officer of the GOT-DAMN Law!"

But this is the same all over jersey though. Jersey has an over abundance of cops. The rich towns in jersey also pay cops much higher than the big urban cities. Cops in Newark are basically all youngins who get paid 60k max and as soon as they get experience they get jobs in the burbs for over 100k.

That way big cities that actually need cops stay having young, gung ho, inexperienced cops.

Jersey been had these problems and its a reason why property taxes in jersey are higher than a mfer.

Patterson? They str8 wild out there, next to Newark, aka "Brick City".

I met this one Dude from Atlanta who moved here to Phoenix. He used to drive Trucks. He told me he drove through Patterson lost, so he asked for directions. He stopped some Dude and he directed him off-road a bit, towards some Alley or something. Before he did this, some other Dude came running up towards the Truck, flagging him down.

"Don't follow that Guy", ol' boy told him, "he's trying to take you somewhere so he can rob you".

Homie did a 180 and YABBA-DABBA-DOO'd outta that BYTCH.
