But the circumstances around the situation could allow for 2nd degree. The length of time the knee was on the neck/with the pressure, him being handcuffed, floyd sayin he couldn't breathe and the witnesses telling the cop he couldn't breathe. All those factors show the cop was aware he was causing his death

You also have the fact that one of the officers said they couldn't find a pulse and chauvin stayed on floyds neck for another 2 mins. That's what's different about this than eric garner.

I said it earlier in here. Some of this shit seems like people just don't want to be canceled and are riding a trending wave right now. Like this whole unity shit is looking like a big tiktok dance challenge. I'll check back in a couple of months when another of ours is killed for no reason. I wanna see that same love from them but they will prolly be too busy by then.

Bruh and that’s what a lot of black women are saying on fb. Some are mad that Breonna Taylor didn’t get the same reaction. Some are tired of feeling like they have to rescue black men and not get the same in return. This is what I be talking about. You can’t have unity if you can’t address everything.
