Do you guys double cleanse?

Have no idea what that means lol but I do an exfoliating scrub 3 times a week and I moisturize with coconut oil lol

My bad, my response to @SeaSnake wasn't clear. Double cleansing is washing your face and body twice.

You should be double cleansing though. Body washes usually have milder cleansing agents, so they don't get the body as clean. Personally I use dove bar soap first, then my body wash to make sure my body is clean.

For the face if you are putting sun screen on (and everybody should using sunscreen) you gotta make sure you're breaking that down to get to the dirt.
