Ugh this is a tough one. He was in the wrong because a 14 year old having his 14 year old gf nudes on his phone can still get him in trouble for child porn. 25 years seems very harsh tho. When I was 18 I wasnt fucking around with anyone younger than 16 tho. Always thought those seniors dating freshman were a bit odd. When your that young 4 years is a LOT of difference.
I woulda said 25 yrs is harsh til I read he secretly filmed it. How you 18 and so geeked off fuckin 14 yr olds you gotta show everybody? Fuckin weirdo.

Now, lemme preface this by saying I'm in no way condoning dude's actions or anything like that.
But...
He was still in high school when this went down. He has the mentality of a high school nigga that got some ass. It's kinda expected at this point. We didn't have the technology to do shit like this when I was his age so all we had to go on was word of mouth. Niggas brag about baggin hoes, especially in high school. But the technology we have now allows dudes to not only brag about it, but to show and prove which changes everything. He felt he had to show off that he banged a freshman; bragging about it between classes wasn't enough.
That's why he was geeked. He still has the mentality of quite a few dudes in high school because he was still in high school when it happened.
