I use to put it all together. Now i separate it. It allows me to control the amount of sauce i use. I can also make a lot of sauce and freeze it. Pasta, doesnt really do good frozen.

I never served Spigetti to anyone now that I think about it. I was thinking of for myself. If I was to serve it to others, I probably mix it. Let the noodles soak up the sauce.
