Should Members Name Names?

Seems to be pretty divided line on when a member should name names when making taking about past or current events on across the forum

I'm a firm believer in naming names as it is direct and doesn't allow for any ambiguity

Unfortunately for me, a lot of the times I don't remember the exact specifics of anything outside a point in time

I'll remember the general feeling about a topic or member and unless it was someone who completely stood out, I won't remember ever single detail

But if you trying to make a point about someone or something, you need to name them to give them a chance to defend what you are accusing them of
