with anything in life, i will do my best to equip her with the knowledge that she needs to know. Once she gets to an age where she can fully grasp what she wants to do while applying sound logic and reason, then she will be ready to walk her own path

forget all the showmanship that is typically associated with the black church and if you look at what its supposed to represent, i, like Du, believe it can be a nice framework for a young person to develop certain traits and characteristics. Its not the end all be all though

it's been proven you don't need school to be educated....mad highschool drop outs done made it...

the only reason you go to school is because the way the society is set up you need a hs diploma to get most jobs....or to get into college,...which you need to get most jobs....or not..son on and so on.....

the whole thing is that school is just a formal system you have to go through placed on you by society to say you're qualified to get to the next levelof some shit they set u to begin with.....you can teach your kids yourself, and be very confident they're equipped to face the world....however you send them to school...against their will....again...i know i hated school. waaaaaayyyy more than i hated church...

my point is school is an institution,.....it's not a necessity.....

church is an institution.....

the value placed on either is up to the individual....there is no wrong or right, it's up to your personal beliefs....

i say it's nothing wrong with not sending your kids to church if you don't want to,... but i'm wrong for saying i make my kids go to church....
