Should/do you care what other people think?

Yall are taking "idc" too literal, ofc you gotta care what somebody thinks at some point. There's big differences tho.


If someone thinks I robbed the bank, ofc I would tell them that I didn't , cuz I would want them to know that, so I wont end up locked up, etc.


If this same person thinks I'm corny and doesnt like me, IDGAF!!!!


I dont see why this is so hard to understand lol

if that's the scenario you're going to use, you're going to point out to everyone else that this person is only saying that shit because they think you're corny and don't like you...

you'd be much more emotionally invested because of the fact that someone is lying on you simply because they don't like you than you would have been if someone just blindly accused you....

my thing is this, i'm a ignorant dude too, a complete asshole...i'm prolly right there on the scale with you as far as little i try to let it affect me,

but i acknowledge it more than you...i've gotten wasted and made no apologies... but mostly cuz i was young and it was easier to forget than to apologise.....but i always kept mental note of the folk i pissed off...and i always made sure i was aware of them.....

i mean if i know someone don't like me, and i know i done pissed them off drunk before...simple awareness gonna make me pay more attention to them...

and that my friend is yet another example of caring what others think.....cuz if i truly didn't care i wouldn't even give a fuck, which i personally think is stupid cuz you should always be on point when you around people who might not fuck with you or might have some kinda ill feeling towards you....

and i know got damn well you do that.....

Again, you're taking it too literal. Times where I may have hurt someone's feelings I try to care and most of the time I do care.


I'm speaking about caring about how others feel about how I live MY life. If someone thinks I'm wack cuz I post pics of me hugged up with a different chick every year, then so fuckin be it.


I'm talkin about not caring about people's opinion on how I live my life, on who I date, what I wear ,etc.

i'm not taking it literal, i'm acknowledging the existence.....it plays a factor in everything you do, regardless how how minute you may feel it plays, it still plays a significant part...its simply the way we're wired....

if i was a professional on the topic i'd give you the scientific definition of the concept i'm pushing to you, but i'm just talking on my understanding, and i'm telling you it's there
