26 call outs to his home dont mean much when his mother called for everything. The held twice in psychiatric units dont mean much either because if his mom brought him there theyd have to keep him to observe him. The only thing they should of looked into was the "deemed to have a capacity for violence". But even that sounds vague af.

It should mean a lot when determining if somebody can legally buy a gun..regardless of whether it's warranted or not, 26 callouts mean something ain't right in the household..
