Gotta disagree. First two were GTA clones with a more goofy side. It wasn't until 3 where they just went completely over the-top

Still was the Great Value brand of GTA. At the time tho the customization was dope for the first 2 games. Those I did play but like you said the 3rd said fuck it since we compared as GTA lite lets go off the wall.
Might get this but paying full price is gonna hurt so maybe when it drops to $40 in 6 weeks
