Russia Declares War on Ukraine

The more I see how Ukraine and Neighboring Countries treating black folks the less and less I give a fuck about what’s happening to them.

I don't have the answer but I know other European countries sending troops into the fray will lead to world war 3 and I don't think any of these governments want that.

You can't just simplify it to Europe being pussy. There's levels.

Unfortunate what's happening in Ukraine but it was going to happen eventually with NATO closing in. Putin didn't just wake up one morning a couple weeks ago and decide to set trip.

The infWTH are you talking about.. The infrastructure bill was passed last year.. So Louisiana hasn’t either recieved the money yet or the state government hasn’t decided what state infrastructure pto spend it on yet.. And as far the Texas state legislator doesn't give a damn about fixing the power grid.. They had damn near a decade fix the power grid and they have chosen not to.. It has nothing to do with infrastructure bill…

That has such a complex answer I don't think even NATO is close to figuring it out.

This is basically what NATO is forced into doing right now.

As fucked up as it is, the right answer in the short term is to let Russia take Ukraine.

The long term issue then becomes Russia doing the same thing again, putting NATO in the same exact position when it goes for the rest of Georgia, Moldova, Finland, Sweden, and others. Which is why I said it's a complex answer.

At 1 point I was thinking NATO should just call Putin's bluff and join the war, but they can't risk lives like that. Putin really might say fuck it a let off a couple hundred nukes.
 
Ppl keep repeating the same NATO argument as to why Putin invaded. Its expansion didn't help matters but he would have gone to war regardless what with Ukraine cozying up too closely to the west. NATO or not, nothing was stopping the US from setting up military hardware, troop training, bio weapons labs, etc in Ukraine. The Russian government spent billions of dollars bolstering a Russia friendly Ukraine and that all went to shit after the Maiden revolution that put Zelensky in office. Putin has unfinished business there.

Ukraine is it’s own independent nation. Ukraine voted Zelensky into office by a landslide. If Ukraine as a nation wants to cozy up to NATO it can do so. If Russia has a problem with that there are diplomatic options on the table.

Anything resulting from Russia’s invasion of a neighboring sovereign nation is the fault of Russia and Russia alone.

Imagine if diplomacy wasn’t utilized during the Cuban missle crisis and the US instead chose to invade Cuba?

Imagine if the US caught feelings following the failure of the Bay of Pigs (Cuban equivalent to what’s occurring in Luhansk and Donetsk) & as a result decided to undergo a full on invasion of Cuba?
