African Union said they were "disturbed" by the reports and reiterated that everyone has the right of cross-border travel during conflict. I haven't seen anything from any individual African nation.
Started to hear reports of African nationals being let through, albeit last in line, after the State department got involved once the story caught steam.

I think it becomes a NATO issue. Worry about broken Congress later. Cause if putin/Russia willing to drop 1 nuke they probably willing to empty the clip at that point.
Realistically they not gonna waste it on Ukraine. They gonna go bigger than that.
