when you do business with the Gov as a contractor, that tech actually belongs to the government. They write that into the contracts. You get to keep everything before you worked on before you are granted the contract.

Plus isn’t this against their whole message about giving Ukraine money? They’ll have to give them money and weapons to take the cuffs off.
