Ribs are good, but I can't eat them as frequently as wings. Ribs are easier to mess up.
I been wanting to try lamb ribs. We got a couple of farmers market nearby I need to see if they got some. But yea I'd go with the ribs I can get chicken anytime anywhere. But let me fire the grill up and I'll throw some ribs and be Gucci
