This is kinda hard. I guess he is properly rated. I hate that he never gotten a ring. The best time for him should've been 99' when he wouldn't have to run up against that juggernaut in LA. So close to winning and two GOAT shooting guards stopped him in his tracks (Jordan and Kobe)
