By these standards couldn't kendrick or drake be considered the goat if they suddenly passed? They meet all of the criteria you mentioned for pac. I get it, pac was huge back then, but him dying plays a big part in how his legacy is viewed. He doesn't have that innovation aspect like hendrix, evh, coltrane etc where they completely changed how musicians approached their instrument/music.

If he had lived a long life like mj and maintained hits, I'd agree with you, but all I'm saying is don't be shocked when people challenge the notion of pac being the goat.

Im not shocked, but there's a difference between goat vs goat and goat vs gtfoh.

And don't change it to "by that standard" you did what ap tried to do yesterday and say inaccurate shit, Pac was the biggest nigga in rap BEFORE he died.
