By these standards couldn't kendrick or drake be considered the goat if they suddenly passed? They meet all of the criteria you mentioned for pac. I get it, pac was huge back then, but him dying plays a big part in how his legacy is viewed. He doesn't have that innovation aspect like hendrix, evh, coltrane etc where they completely changed how musicians approached their instrument/music.He had hits on every album since he came out and was the biggest/highest selling rapper in the world when he died, cut it out.

If he had lived a long life like mj and maintained hits, I'd agree with you, but all I'm saying is don't be shocked when people challenge the notion of pac being the goat.
