I'm talkin bout from a technical rapping standpoint.
Outside of Kendrick and X, I ain't mad at the top 10(1-10)
1. Nas ( 554 points)
2. 2pac ( 538 points)
3. Jay-Z (526 points)

I think you're overrated technical ability. Saying something that matters in a decent way >>>> using some complicated rhyme and delivery scheme to constantly say a bunch of nothing.
Scarface and Cube don't belong in the top 10, fuck what yall talkin bout.
It aint their lyrical ability, cuz they're average ass rappers, so I'm assuming yall are ranking these niggas high cuz of their discography.
However, every time we do these "best of the year" shits, these niggas songs/albums BARELY get brought up. So it aint their music either. Foh, yall niggas gassin the fuck outta these average ass niggas.
I agree 100%, Pac's the Goat imo. But eventhough Pac didn't spit a bunch of bars/metaphors he switched his flow, had compound rhymes, etc.
And like I said, lets say technical rapping skills doesn't matter and yall are basing this off discography, why are these niggas barely mentioned when we discuss the best songs of each year?
I understand Ice Cube's significance in the culture, but his music as aged like ass, which is why his music is barely brought up in these discussions.
So it aint his technical rapping skills and it's not his music, so it's based on his cultural significance? #6 of alltime?
