Please note my list is based on being an 80’s baby that was born and raised in the Bronx River Housing Projects Bldg 1420 to be exact aka the birth place of rap so I rated based on where hip hop has started to where is headed I know J Cole and Kendrick ain’t on there but I had to let Drake and Wayne lead their generations out of respect....and there’s no way Ross could ever fuck with 50 if you really take the time and check out Fif’s early work ijs #BarsOverBills
