For anyone who has trouble getting out of a negative vibration or just find themselves going down a toxic road of overthinking…. Try repeating a mantra that breathes a bit more positivity into you.

Every morning as soon as I awake or even when I find myself having troubling thoughts I start saying to myself aloud:

“I’m sorry…plz forgive me
Thank you & I love you
I am human and I am healing”

Feels like a switch being flipped and I find myself more at ease and less anxious.
