I don't think the nigga even wore any of those shirts in the rest of the film and he didn't throw Faison love character no bitches but got the hook up on the shirts

The only other reason I can think of that this scene exists is to continue to highlight how much of a player Martin is cause of the talk about how many women he's been with.

But the movie could've done without this scene. Probably just some comical relief

An unnecessary scene is subjective. You don't need to agree

This. It was unnecessary in the sense that it didn't really contribute anything to the narrative or movie as a whole. That said, the big battle was as much fan service as it was narrative, so the inclusion of the scene wasn't really out of line for what they were trying to accomplish.
