Welcome To aBlackWeb

This movie just validated the doom I feel for humanity.

Compared to what we have now. Those bombs dropped in the 40's are small and weak, and those could have set off a chain reaction to destroy the planet... AND WE DROPPED THEM SHITS RIGHT AFTER TESTING THEM!!!

The fact that we kept creating more and more just prevents me from really giving a fuck about anything long term.

There's way too many people with too much access to shit that can destroy the entire planet to thing that everything we know can't be gone in a second.

There could be a heated discussion right now that the entire weight of the world is hanging on and like only 3 or 4 people even know who's having the fucking debate

We got no chance

Russians tested the biggest bomb that was over 1000x more powerful than the ones drop in Japan only about 15 years

We likely could destroy the world many times over if we get into a nuclear war with another nation now. Chances of that happening are near zero

I don't know about destroying the world. You are talking about the Tsar Bomba. It was supposedly set to a yield of around 50 megatons equivalent of TNT. The numbers I found say there is around 12,500 warheads worldwide. If we assumed each had the same yield as the Tsar Bomba (the actual average yield is much lower), it would come to around 625,000 megatons, or 625 gigatons of TNT.

For comparison, the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs had an estimated TNT equivalent of 100 teratons, or 100,000 gigatons.

It'd make the planet unlivable, though. All the shit it'd kick in to the atmosphere and the mass amounts of radiation wafting everywhere.
